Led by Sea Marshal Dwyad Skurloc and a troop of loyal Captains, the Pioneers have strong ties with the Northern-Teknocracy (Nor-Tek), the Conch Republic, and the United Constitutional Concordant (UCC).
The Pioneers are materially supported through regular cargo shipments from the Hopesail Confederacy. In return, the Pioneers train Meridian Dragoons and provide their allies with scavenged Ancestor gadgets.
