The dual ultracapacitor battery and hydrocarbon engines makes them easy to charge for 8 hours of flight. Replaceable, modular parts make them easy to repair.
A large cache of Surface Waveriders were uncovered by the Skullriever Artificer Kongress in the Florida Archipelago. This has made their distinct thrumb noise synonymous with an impending attack.
