Xeno the Seafarer is a former Tyde Kyndrid Kongregan that can be found traveling across Tainos Supremo.

After losing his Kongress in a shipwreck during a failed Kyndrid assault, Xeno unexpectedly broke his psychic enthrallment with High Blightspeaker La Almirante. Destitute and lost, Xeno now resolves to live a principled life based on goodwill, courage, and justice. Xeno is also known as The Stone of Artemisa and the Water Carrier.
