The Kontore League Atlantica (KLA) are a consortium of Transatlantica gildes and merchant traders that maintain lucrative trade routes between the Antilles Archipelago, Nuropa-Autoriteit, and Iwọ̀ Oòrùn Alkebulan ìṣọ̀kan.
The KLA is an Associate Member of the Hopesail Confederacy.

The KLA’s merchant explorers, the Seehändlers, arrived in the Antilles on the Encore nuclear freighter in the 2420s. The KLA dexterously gained control of Katze Island and the Eleutheran Archieplago, and then established Encore Station.
KLA have heavily invested in hydrocarbon processing, ship construction, textile manufacturing, and aerial supremacy. They command unparalleled airship and dirigible technologies that provide a significant advantage in safe trade, reconnaissance, and combat.
After losing the Eleutheran Archieplago to the upstart Protectorship in the 2440s, and following the recent Night of Flames at the Bight of Betrayal event, KLA Überhafenmeister Jorg Geiz has put on a show of being a neutral arbiter, even as he plots a breakaway course of action.
