SeaSkimmers are fast, silent, and deadly closed-cycle turboramjet air vehicles preferred by military operators. The Hunting Privateer class of Seaskimmer is particularly popular with the Hopesail Confederacy and Masqued Guildas. The Hunting Privateer epitomises the engineering and Chronomium-based advancements achieved by the Hopesail Confederacy and its trade partners. SeaSkimmers are mobile, well-armed, protected by advanced counter-measures, and can transport several squads of troops. A self-destruction mechanism is installed on many Hunting Privateers to prevent capture.

There are around 175 SeaSkimmers in use throughout the Antilles Archipelago, the majority belonging to the Hopesail Confederacy (the Meridian Dragoons alone operate 25 Seaskimmers). Each Masqued Guilda operate at least one SeaSkimmer, there are several dozen in the Pyrate Republic, and there are 20 captained by independent operators.
