High Blightspeaker La Soucouyant is an ancient psychic that rules the Despertado Blighted Tribe. La Soucouyant is said to be as old as Psychezoa’s planet-fall, and is also known as The Oráculo.
She stubbornly leads her Kongresses in the central mountains of Tainos Suprmeo From her Templo de Invocación hidden within the Sierra del Escambray she summons bizarre Seablight Entities that defend the Madre Hyve and assist with hunting. The Oráculo also has a gentle spirit, and willl calm frenzied Blighters and offer succour and wisdom to Kongregan in need.
She can summon all manner of Parasitic Seablight Entities through Divination with a Madre Hyve (see Heroic Professions: Low Blightspeaker). The hybrid creatures she manifests appear as depraved post-Rapture Catholic Star Saints and feathered serpent spirits.
