The First Navegadorex founded the Windward Islands Empresa in the 2420s CE to consolidate Masqued Guildas trade. The Navagadorex created the senior role of Mestre Comerciante to manage its affairs. Empresa merchants were then sent throughout the Antilles Archipelago and across the Atlantica to establish trading partners and source unique goods.
In 2467 CE the Windward Island Empresa’s operations are managed by the Mestre Comerciante Carmo IV. The Empresa is closely aligned with Azora Guilda explorers, DeSouza Guilda emissaries, and Mascarada Cabala Falcao Do Mar.Â
