The Conch Republic is a fiercely independent micronation scattered along the southern edge of the Florida Archipelago.
They are an Associate Member of the Hopesail Confederacy.
Conch Republic Prime Minister Paxinta Enderson actively supports the Republic’s northern neighbour, the Pioneers, and encourages trade with the Nu Providence Aqua Charter (NuPAC) to the East.
Conch Republic Prime Minister Enderson is concerned the fragile micronation may be overwhelmed and assimilated by greater powers, and so is careful to placate the Northern Teknocracy and United Constitutional Concordant (UCC) while secretly bartering with the Malvada Armada.
The Republic’s origin dates back to the late 21st Century when the coastal maritime region joined the Southern Sovereign Movement and declared independence from the Federal Government of the United States. Throughout the Century of Deconstruction the Conch Republic survived through the military capabilities provided by the Key West Naval Air Station.
The bombastic Grand Admiral Callahan Kabanaz commands the Conch Navy, which includes a small flotilla of gunboats, missile corvettes, SeaSkimmers, Night Hawks, Barracudas, and Perimeter Quadcopters. Grand Admiral Kabanaz’s performance is currently under scrutiny following his disastrous command at the Night of Flames at the Bight of Betrayal in 2466 CE.
