These irritants use Saviour Flame and novel electromagnetic dampener weapons to threaten the hyve’s survival. Their presence prevents the Mex-Tex Madre Hyve from spreading the Awakened Path and enacting the Cosmic Plan.
Each day the Madre Hyve’s orifices birth Swarms, Awakened Blighters, Predator Entities, and Apex Entities tasked with organic harvesting. Enthralled Kongregans work at spawning pools until they are inevitably plucked up and consumed into the biomass.
