In addition to the six major Hopesail Confederacy members, there are nine minor Free Trade Charter Houses, as well as hundreds of independent merchant traders that operate within and across the Confederacy’s numerous Free Trade Zones. These open maritime passages are intended to encourage unhindered travel and trade across the Antilles Archipelago.

A diverse collection of yachts, SeaSkimmers, SkySails, naval cruisers, freighters, dirigibles, airships, and frigates traverse the North and South Lucayan Archipelagos. Aerial and sea-based merchant traders visit trade ports, hydrocarbon platforms, and atoll bastions to refuel, hire crew, barter, buy, and sell goods.

Threatening these maritime safe zones are pyrate marauders and Kongress Hunting packs based on and around Tainos Supremo, as well as privateers in search of plunder. The Hopesail Confederacy responds to these threats with Coast Wardens Patrols, Meridian Dragoon strikes, as well as by issuing Letters of Marque.
